Registration Terms and Conditions

General Info about the Event, Tickets
 

Booking process

  1. Tickets can be booked for 1 / 2 / 3 days in Blue, Green and Purple zones. Balcony tickets are only available as 1 day tickets. All bookings are subject to availability in respective categories and zones. Tickets in each category and zone will be released periodically for sale.

  2. Ticket prices are at the sole discretion of the EMS 2025 organisers. They are subject to change due to factors such as but not limited to market forces, availability of artists, commitments from sponsors and adhering to the principle of keeping European Marathi Sammelan as a non-profit event.

  3. Early Bird discounts are available for tickets in Blue, Green and Purple zones for 3 day tickets ONLY.

  4. There are different zones for ticket booking based on location with respect to the stage.

    • Blue Zone : This is an exclusive zone closest to the action. It is an opportunity to enjoy the entertainment catching every sound and every expression. These seats are sure to fill up fast so best to secure places for yourself and your group ASAP. You will be in the same zones as the celebrities.

    • Green zone : Not far from the action this eye level zone may prove to be the most popular. Easily accessed, you can enjoy the programme and the company of friends you may be meeting after a while. Wherever you are, you are guaranteed a good experience from any of the seats.

    • Purple zone : Some enjoy a nice backseat experience. The third zone gives the advantage of greater affordability without any compromise on the visual and auditory experience of the programmes. This zone is nearest to the entrance. Fun is guaranteed. 

    • Balcony : An aerial view and privacy. An area of exclusive 40 seats at the top of the world. A place where you can still enjoy the performance (and be the fastest finger first to reach the food and drinks). Are you tempted?

  5. Blue zone and Balcony are restricted to persons above the age of 12. Children will not be allowed in these zones even if an adult ticket is purchased for them at the time of booking the tickets.

  6. Child or infant ticket(s) can be booked only in green and purple zones but minimum one adult is required to be booked with it. If a child or infant ticket is purchased without an adult ticket we will ask you to purchase an adult ticket, failing which the child ticket will be cancelled.

  7. Maximum 6 tickets can be booked under one booking. Please contact the registration team if you wish to book more than 10 tickets to qualify for group discount. Group discounts are discretionary and will be decided by EMS 2025 committee.

  8. All fields in the ticket booking registration form identified with * are mandatory.

  9. There are two payment options available:

  10. Online Card payment: Tickets will be issued immediately and sent to the registered email address of the primary person (buyer).

  11. Bank transfer: Tickets will be issued provisionally and will have an ‘Unpaid’ status. They will be reserved for a period of 7 days. Confirmed tickets will be issued and sent by email once the payment is received into our bank account. If the payment is not received within 7 days then the tickets will be cancelled and at subsequent re-booking, only the tickets from available zones will be offered. Early bird discount on the tickets purchased by this option will be subject to the receipt of the payment before the expiry of the early bird offer.

  12. Ticket holders can sit anywhere within the zone for which ticket(s) is/are booked.

  13. The committee will endeavour to meet your dietary requirements and other special needs as reasonably as possible, provided this information is submitted during the registration process.

 

On the days of the event

  1. At the registration desk, colour coded wristbands will be provided as per your ticket. You are required to wear these for the duration of the ticket to allow access to your respective zones. You are required to sit in the zone as per your ticket & wristband. The volunteers will be instructed not to allow people from one zone to sit or move around in other zones.

  2. Admission to the auditorium may be denied for some performances while they are in progress. This will depend on nature of performance, requirement of artist and other unknown factors.

  3. Ticket holders will respect the restriction of items imposed by the venue. You are not permitted to bring your own drinks (except bottled water), illegal substances, or laser pens into the venue. Any drinks or illegal substances found will be confiscated and not returned. This list can change during the event at the discretion of venue management (not EMS 2025). Please refer to the venue terms & conditions page.

  4. EMS 2025 and Athena will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to belongings of ticket holders. You are responsible for safeguarding your property when at the venue. All items left with stewards before entry are left at your own risk.

  5. To ensure that all ticket holders are able to enjoy the performance, Parents / Guardians of any noisy or disruptive children may be requested to temporarily leave the auditorium along with the child / children till they settle down (and the end of that performance).

  6. Entry can be refused to the venue and ticket holders can be removed from the venue without refund for reason of public safety. This can include, but not limited to, attempts to enter a different zone during a performance, crowd surfing, moshing, non-compliance of venue/entry protocols due to Covid or other restrictions.

  7. Food and drinks (except bottled water) will not be allowed in the seating area of Blue, Green and Purple zones.

 

Performances

  1. On rare occasions, it may be necessary to amend the order of published performances due to causes not within control of EMS 2025 committee.

  2. Ticket holders are not allowed on stage or backstage to meet the artists. Different arrangements for mingling with them in the auditorium will be declared during the event.

 

Video Recording / Mobile

  1. Video recording by personal devices and live streaming are allowed unless specified otherwise by the performing artists or by event organisers.

  2. All mobile phones are required to be kept in silent mode or flight mode during any performance.

  3. Ticket holders consent to filming, sound recording and live streaming as members of the audience, without payment. This filming may be for future broadcast, event publicity, security and health and safety reasons.

 

Refunds

  1. Tickets once purchased are NOT refundable.

  2. EMS 2025 committee may consider requests for refund only in exceptional circumstances and will be subjected to 10% administration fee plus transaction charges if applicable.

 

Allergen Statement

  1. Due to the nature of our operation, cross-contamination may occur at various points during our process. It is for this reason that no dish can be guaranteed to be completely free of allergens.

  2. Please ask your server or a member of staff if you have any questions about your food. EMS 2025 organisers must be made aware of all necessary dietary requirements during the ticket booking process.

  3. EMS 2025 will not be held liable for the wrongful or mistaken consumption of any food resulting in allergic reaction, illness, or death.
