  • How can I register to attend EMS 2025 ?

  • How do I pay for the registration?
    You will be able to purchase tickets for EMS 2025 via www.ems2025.org/tickets. Payment for the tickets can be done either using bank transfer or a credit/debit card. Payment for the tickets can be done by bank transfer or a credit/debit card. Payment by credit or debit card will incur service fee and transaction fee. Payment by bank transfer does not incur any additional fees. Please transfer the exact ticket(s) amount ignoring any service fee that may appear on your order or tickets.
  • Are there any age restrictions for registration?
    There are no age restrictions for attending the event. However, there are age restrictions for certain ticketing zones. To ensure that all ticket holders are able to enjoy all the performances, Parents / Guardians of any noisy or disruptive children may be requested to temporarily leave the auditorium along with the child / children till they settle down (and the end of that performance).
  • What is the deadline for purchasing tickets ?
    The deadline for purchasing the tickets online is 30th June 2025. After this date, you may be able to buy the tickets at the venue at additional cost subject to availability. However, due to the popularity of the event and seat restrictions in each zone, it is advisable to book early. There is an early bird discount for a limited period.
  • What are the ticket prices ?
    Prices to attend the event will vary according to the ticket type selected. Please check our website for further pricing information https://www.ems2025.org/tickets .
  • Will I receive an email confirmation after purchasing the tickets?
    Yes. If you do not receive your email confirmation within 24 hours, please check your email spam folder and then contact our team. Confirmed tickets will only be sent once the payment has been received. Please see your registration email for further details.
  • What is included in the ticket price?
    Access to all live event sessions, lunches, dinners, tea / coffee, water, soft drinks and snacks as scheduled over the event period (please see event schedule). The fee does not include accommodation and breakfast. There is a bar at the venue where other drinks can be purchased.
  • Why are there different ticket prices ?
    Tickets are priced differently based on the zone, category and type selected within the auditorium. Ticket holders can sit anywhere within the zone for which the ticket(s) is/are purchased.
  • Are Early Bird discounts available?
    You can take advantage of an Early Bird discount for a limited period. Early Bird discount is only available for the 3-day package ticket. Please check the registration website for further details.
  • Is there single-day ticket available for the event?
    A limited number of day registrations are available for each day.
  • Are hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?
    NO. The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations and travel costs. Please check the event site for the suggested hotels and how to book your accommodations. We have secured discounted rates for a number of hotels within the vicinity.   • I wish to book tickets for a group. Is there any group discount available ?
    We may provide group discounts rates for group bookings of more than 10 attendees. Group discounts are discretionary and will be decided by EMS 2025 committee. Please refer to group discount policy here or contact our registration team by sending email to registration@ems2025.org
  • Can I get a refund if I want to cancel my ticket ?
    Tickets once purchased are NOT refundable. EMS 2025 committee may consider requests for refund only in exceptional circumstances and will be subjected to 10% administration fee plus bank charges if applicable. A refund request for ‘No SHOW’ will not be considered.
  • Are the tickets transferable ?
    You can transfer the tickets to someone else at no extra cost. However, please notify us by sending an email to registration@ems2025.org at least 7 days prior to the event. All the terms & conditions will apply to the new attendee(s).
  • Can I make changes to my ticket ?
    Any changes to the ticket category or type is subject to the discretion of the EMS 2025 committee and will incur additional charges. Please email us at registration@ems2025.org
  • If the event is cancelled, how do I obtain a refund?
    If the organisers cancel the event due to unexpected reasons, we will contact you for providing the refund.
  • I can’t pay by credit card; is there an alternate payment method?
    You will be able to pay via bank transfer. However, your tickets will be confirmed only when the payment comes through to our account.
  • If I lose my ticket, where can I get a replacement?
    Please contact the registration team at registration@ems2025.org.
  • Will my child be allocated a separate seat?
    Infants under 2 will not be allocated a separate seat and will need to sit on an adult's lap. However, you can pay for a child ticket to book a seat for your infant if you wish.

  • I booked at the preferred hotel. Are there any shuttles organised to transport me to the event?
    Most suggested hotels are within a walking distance. Transport between suggested hotels and the venue may be arranged depending on the demand.
  • How can I get to the event venue ?
    Please visit https://www.ems2025.org/venue for more information about the venue. Leicester is located in the Midlands with easy access by road and rail from all major cities in UK. The nearest International airports are East Midland Airport (EMA) and Birmingham International Airport (BHX). London and Manchester airports are 2 to 3 hours drive from Leicester.
  • What are the parking arrangements at the venue ?
    Limited discounted parking is available at the NCP car park next to the venue. Please contact us by email to registration@ems2025.org for reservations.
  • What is the schedule for EUROPEAN MARATHI SAMMELAN 2025?
    The EUROPEAN MARATHI SAMMELAN 2025 will start on Friday 4th July 2025 at 13:00 Hrs BST and will end on Sunday 6th July 2025 at 14:30Hrs BST. The detail schedule will be released closer to the event date. Stay updated on our website and social media channels for the latest information.
  • Where can I find more information about the programmes?
    Please visit www.ems2025.org/programmes On rare occasions, it may be necessary to amend the order of published performances due to causes not within control of EMS 2025 committee.
  • Will I be able to leave the auditorium and return?
    Yes, this is possible. During the registration, colour coded wristbands will be provided as per your ticket. You are required to wear these for the duration of the event to allow access to your respective zones. You are required to sit in the zone as per your ticket & wristband. Designated event volunteers will be instructed not to allow people from one zone to sit or move around in other zones. Admission to the auditorium may be denied for some performances while they are in progress. This will depend on nature of performance, requirement of artist and other unknown factors
  • Can I film parts of the event?
    Video recording by personal devices and live streaming is allowed unless specified otherwise by performing artists or event organisers. All mobile phones are required to be kept in silent mode or flight mode during any performance.
  • Are the meals included in the ticket price?
    Yes, following meals are included in the ticket price Friday, 4th July: Tea / Coffee, snacks and dinner Saturday 5th July: 2 x Tea / Coffee, 2 x snacks, lunch and dinner Sunday, 6th July: Tea / Coffee, snacks and lunch Water and soft drinks will be provided as well. Any drinks purchased from the bar will be at your own cost. Please see the event schedule for timings. Breakfast will not be provided.
  • How do I let you know about my special dietary requirements?
    The committee will endeavour to meet your dietary requirements and other special needs as reasonably as possible, provided the specific information is provided during the registration process.
  • I/We have been selected to perform at EMS 2025. Is there any remuneration given?
    As a general rule and tradition, local non-professional artists performing at EMS are not given any remuneration and have to register and buy event tickets.
  • I/We have been selected to perform at EMS 2025. I wish to buy a one-day ticket. Which day should I buy ticket for?
    As the final programme order will not be confirmed till late, we can offer one day ticket(s), which can be valid for any one of the three days. Please email us if you wish to purchase only a single day ticket and not a full event (3-day) ticket.
  • I/We have been selected to perform at EMS 2025. Will you provide an accommodation for the event ?
    EMS 2025 is providing accommodation only to invited celebrities and artists. For others, we have reserved number of rooms at preferential rates from 6 hotels nearby. Please consult our website https://www.ems2025.org/event-accommodation for more details.
  • Can I get an invitation letter to acquire a VISA in order to attend the event?
    No. EMS 2025 committee will not issue an invitation letter for the visa. Acquiring the visa is the responsibility of each individual.
  • During the event who can I contact for any query ?
    During the event we will have a registration desk as a contact point for your queries.
  • Who should I speak to about sponsorship opportunities?
    There are number of opportunities to sponsor the event. They include promotions during the time leading up to the event as well as at the venue during the event. Please email sponsorship inquiries to marketing@ems2025.org.
  • Can I bring my pet ?
    No animals (except for registered assistance dogs, need pre booking in advance) will be allowed inside the venue.
  • Is there a child-minding facility at the venue?
    Currently there is no provision for child minding. EMS committee may consider this option based on the demand. Please send us the requirements by email to registration@ems2025.org
  • Is there wheelchair access at the venue?
    There is wheelchair access at the venue. Seating will be restricted to Blue zone.
