How to buy tickets ?

Please follow the steps below

Please read all the information on the tickets page, Event T&Cs, FAQ.

Click on ‘Book your tickets’.

Select one of the ticket types by clicking on appropriate ‘Buy Now’ of one of the following

1 day (Friday or Saturday or Sunday) OR
2 day (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday) OR
3 day (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

Select number of tickets for Adult, Child and Infants as per your requirements. You can buy tickets from any of the zones shown. The maximum number of tickets you can buy in a single transaction is 6.

You must NOT buy a child or infant ticket without buying an adult ticket in the same zone. If a child or infant ticket is purchased without an adult ticket we will ask you to purchase an adult ticket, failing which the child ticket will be cancelled.

Fill out information for all delegates – the email address for the primary buyer is very IMPORTANT. All the tickets will be sent to that email address. So please ensure that it is correct.

After completing the form for all the delegates, click on ‘Continue’

Read Event Policies (T & C) if you have not already done so.

Accept T & Cs and Continue

On the Payment page, select a method of payment.

For credit card (online) payments, there is 2.5% service fee and supplementary transaction fee depending on the total amount. You will receive your confirmed & paid tickets once the payment is processed.

For manual (bank transfer) payments, there is no service fee or transaction fee. You will receive temporary ‘Unpaid’ tickets by email. To get confirmed ‘Paid’ tickets, you must transfer the total amount within SEVEN days. Please transfer the exact ticket(s) amount ignoring any service fee that may appear on your order or tickets.

For manual payment please make note of the total amount you have to pay. Click on "Place Order" button to complete the process.

It will take you to booking confirmation page where you can see the total amount, the order number and ticket details. For manual payment please make note of the total amount you have to pay. You can download your tickets from this page.

You should receive an email with all the tickets as attachment. You will find the order number on the tickets.

For Online (card) payment the payment status on the ticket should be ‘Paid’.

For manual payment, the status will be ‘Unpaid’. Please make the payment, quoting the order number in the reference, by bank transfer with SEVEN days of the order otherwise the tickets will be cancelled. The payment instructions are included in the email.
